     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I woke to a flooded first floor from an expander tank that may have been leaking for days. I had no hot water so went down to look into my furnace room and I had possibly over 2 inches of water running out of the furnace room down a hall, into another room and even under my washer and dryer into my garage. Knowing Mainline Plumbing from previous years, I called them immediately. I believe they were at my house within 45 minutes the latest. After taking maybe 2 minutes, unfortunately for me, the new was not good. I was on borrowed time with my furnace.
To make a long story short, Mainline gave me a quote, told me what had to be done, how they would do it and most importantly when they could start it. All their answers were what I needed to hear so that I would have heat, hot water and peace of mind. They actually started that afternoon bringing in some of the pieces of the new equipment they were going to be installing.  Let me say this was the Friday of the long weekend. John, the owner, looked at his crew and asked who wanted to work this weekend? Not one of them said no to his question.  They worked until Sunday maybe mid-morning and I was back with hot water and heat and sanity!!
They were in constant touch with me as I had to go away overnight. I never worried about his team being in my house without me. I knew when they were coming, what they had done while at the house and when they were leaving.
I needed help with my Nest that Monday morning (which was the holiday) and they were there straightening it out for me maybe 20 minutes after I asked for help.
I cannot tell you everything that they did, but I can tell you that I would recommend Mainline in a heartbeat to anyone that needed service with what they do.

Very pleased.  RecentlyI had a problems with a leaky faucet and they provided me with a money saving suggestion.  Rick came out in a timely fashion and repaired it.     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I reached out to John from Mainline to help get a PFAS system installed for our home after looking into the rebate process for filtration systems.

The install was fast, communication was great, and ultimately we were able to get the refund on the system fully funded by the state.

While they were there- the team also installed a water softener, new filter, and fixed some issues with my boiler.

The only real anxiety was related to the process of getting the rebate approved since it takes several weeks- but the majority of paperwork was handled through the Mainline team.

They completed a full installation of a new Rinnai combination boiler and water heater system and a complete well water treatment and filtration system.

Each component was installed carefully and integrated properly into our home’s water system.

They were incredibly easy to communicate with, always prompt and responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a new water treatment system installed to address PFAS, hard water, and several other water quality concerns, and everything came out wonderfully.

I really appreciated how much time they took to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the system. Their in-depth knowledge and the care they put into the entire process really stood out.

John Fait is a third-generation master plumber, renowned for his expertise in the field. At the age of 28, he has already established himself as a trusted professional in the Plumbing, Well Pump, and Water Filtration industry.

With a passion for problem-solving and a meticulous attention to detail, John has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service to each one of his clients, treating every homeowner with respect and compassion.

From an early age John exhibited a natural inclination towards helping people and problem solving. At the age of 10, John would ride along with his Grandfather and Father performing Well Pump and Water Filtration related work. This hands-on experience sparked his interest in the industry and set him on a path towards mastering the trade.

John pursued his education in multiple trades including; Gas, Oil, HVAC, Water Filtration, Well Pumps, Plumbing. John attended reputable technical schools in the state of New Hampshire. He excelled in his studies, earning top grades and accolades for his dedication and proficiency.

While completing his formal education, John was also working as a professional plumbing apprentice. Working alongside experienced plumbers, and the most knowledgeable individuals in the Water Filtration industry, he honed his skills and acquired invaluable practical experience. John’s commitment to his craft and his eagerness to learn allowed him to quickly progress in his career.

Fast forward to today, John is the General Manager of Mainline Plumbing

He looks forward to helping each client get clean drinking water and solving complex issues that others may not even attempt.

When John is not helping customers get clean water in southern New Hampshire, he loves spending time with his amazing wife, Olivia, their daughter and son. John also enjoys chasing the little white ball around the golf course in his free time.
