My pipe which connects the house with the town water pipe got broken. I called several plumbing companies but only 2 of them showed up to check the problem. One of them was Mainline Plumbing.
Mainline understood my situation and that I had an emergency. Once I accepted their quote they managed the whole situation, they talked with all required parties (the water company, dig safe, etc.) and did the fix based on their requirements.
When they collected all information, they started the work (around noon) and they finished it by 8pm.
I'm really thankful for their hard work and that they restored the water supply for my house in such a quick time.

Will came to the house to install two new toilets this morning. He showed up on time. He was polite, explained what he was doing and answered any questions we had. The two bathrooms were left clean.  You would never know anyone had worked in there swapping out a toilet.  I would highly recommend Mainline Plumbing for any of your projects or repairs. I woke to a flooded first floor from an expander tank that may have been leaking for days. I had no hot water so went down to look into my furnace room and I had possibly over 2 inches of water running out of the furnace room down a hall, into another room and even under my washer and dryer into my garage. Knowing Mainline Plumbing from previous years, I called them immediately. I believe they were at my house within 45 minutes the latest. After taking maybe 2 minutes, unfortunately for me, the new was not good. I was on borrowed time with my furnace.
To make a long story short, Mainline gave me a quote, told me what had to be done, how they would do it and most importantly when they could start it. All their answers were what I needed to hear so that I would have heat, hot water and peace of mind. They actually started that afternoon bringing in some of the pieces of the new equipment they were going to be installing.  Let me say this was the Friday of the long weekend. John, the owner, looked at his crew and asked who wanted to work this weekend? Not one of them said no to his question.  They worked until Sunday maybe mid-morning and I was back with hot water and heat and sanity!!
They were in constant touch with me as I had to go away overnight. I never worried about his team being in my house without me. I knew when they were coming, what they had done while at the house and when they were leaving.
I needed help with my Nest that Monday morning (which was the holiday) and they were there straightening it out for me maybe 20 minutes after I asked for help.
I cannot tell you everything that they did, but I can tell you that I would recommend Mainline in a heartbeat to anyone that needed service with what they do.

Last Year Mainline Plumbing put in a Constant pressure water system installed. Work started and completed on time.  Very pleased.  RecentlyI had a problems with a leaky faucet and they provided me with a money saving suggestion.  Rick came out in a timely fashion and repaired it. I reached out to John from Mainline to help get a PFAS system installed for our home after looking into the rebate process for filtration systems.

The install was fast, communication was great, and ultimately we were able to get the refund on the system fully funded by the state.

While they were there- the team also installed a water softener, new filter, and fixed some issues with my boiler.

The only real anxiety was related to the process of getting the rebate approved since it takes several weeks- but the majority of paperwork was handled through the Mainline team.

Two of my neighbors highly recommended Mainline Plumbing, and after having them complete our home project, I can understand why.
